The Position
Operate where the work gets difficult.
Brushworks is growing, and we are looking for a safe, dependable equipment operator to join our crew in the Greater Cincinnati area.
This position will primarily operate our remote-controlled forestry mulcher on steep slopes and challenging terrain. The operator will also occasionally run our full-size compact track loaders with forestry mulching heads.
During the winter, the role includes snow plowing and salting. Early mornings, nights, weekends, and extended shifts are part of winter weather operations.
What we are looking for.
Good judgment, dependable habits, and respect for equipment matter as much as seat time.
Reliability and Schedule
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to work outdoors
- Available for early mornings, nights, and weekends during winter weather
- Prepared for extended shifts during snow and ice events
- Class A CDL is a major plus
- Care for equipment and take pride in a clean result
