How much does Forestry Mulching cost?

What should I do after my project is completed?
After forestry mulching, the mulch left behind will naturally decompose. You can immediately use the cleared land for walking, mowing, or other purposes. Regular maintenance mowing helps prevent regrowth.
How long will my project take?
Most forestry mulching projects are completed in 1 day, even for dense growth. Larger properties may take 2-3 days. We'll provide a timeline estimate during your quote.
Will I need permits for land clearing?
Most residential land clearing doesn't require permits, but we'll advise you on local requirements during our assessment. Commercial projects may need permits depending on location and scope.
Will your equipment damage my yard or property?
Our forestry mulchers are designed for minimal ground disturbance. They use steel tracks that distribute weight evenly, protecting your property. We work carefully to avoid damage to driveways, structures, and healthy trees.
Do you remove large trees?
Forestry mulching handles brush, saplings, and small trees up to about 8 inches in diameter. For larger trees, we can discuss options including selective removal or working around them.
Do I need to be home during the project?
You don't need to be home during the project. We'll coordinate access and can work independently. However, you're welcome to be present if you'd like to see the work in progress.
Can I choose which areas you clear first?
Yes, we can work in the order you prefer. During our assessment, we'll discuss your priorities and create a plan that addresses your most important areas first.
Will brush or invasive plants grow back?
The mulch layer helps suppress new growth initially, but periodic maintenance mowing is recommended to prevent regrowth. We can discuss ongoing maintenance options if needed.
What do you do with large fallen trees?
We can mulch smaller fallen trees and branches on-site. For very large trees, we'll discuss removal options during the assessment. Everything is handled efficiently without leaving debris piles.
Can I do land clearing myself?
While DIY is possible for small areas, professional forestry mulching is faster, safer, and more effective. Our industrial equipment handles dense brush and difficult terrain that DIY tools can't manage.
