The Position

Own the lead through the handoff.

Brushworks is hiring a Sales Representative to own inbound leads, site visits, and quote follow-through across our Greater Cincinnati service area.

You will walk properties, write clear quotes, keep Jobber clean, and set accurate expectations before production starts.

See all open positions, including Forestry Equipment Operator.

Respond quickly, quote clearly, and follow through until the job is won, lost, or timed out.

Respond to inbound leads quickly (calls, texts, web quotes) and book site visits
Walk properties, assess scope/site conditions, and deliver clear written quotes
Follow up open quotes until won, lost, or timed out — with documented outreach

Keep Jobber clean: customer details, scope notes, photos, attribution, handoff to production
Set accurate customer expectations on timing, access, and what’s included before work starts
Grow pipeline with referrals and owner-approved outbound/commercial opportunities

Daytime site-visit coverage around Loveland matters as much as sales experience.

Valid driver’s license + clean/insurable driving record
Comfortable on-site outdoors (terrain, weather, talking with property owners)
Strong phone/text follow-through and basic CRM/Jobber discipline
Greater Cincinnati / ~1-hour of Loveland, OH availability for daytime site visits
Able to pass a drug test

$80k to $100k/year with commission.

Company vehicleCompany vehicle during work hours and a company phone included.

Weekday site visitsWeekday daytime site visits; some evenings for customer callbacks as needed.

~1 hour of LovelandField + remote follow-up within ~1 hour of Loveland, OH (1481 OH-28 area).
