Property Reclaim turned overgrowth into manageable ground.
Blocked sightlines turned into usable open ground. This project page shows the full sequence: the starting condition, the cleared result, and the maintained follow-up.
The starting point was a blocked-up section of property where brush, saplings, and woody growth made the ground harder to see, walk, mow, or plan around.
Dense growth reduced usable space
Access and sightlines were limited
The area needed a cleaner reset before routine maintenance made sense
After Clearing
02
The brush was cleared and mulched in place.
The clearing work opened the area without leaving scattered brush piles. Vegetation was reduced into a natural mulch layer so the property could be used and maintained again.
Brush and woody growth were processed on site
The property edge became easier to see and access
The finish left the area ready for the owner’s next step
Maintained
03
The maintained result shows the real value.
The maintained view shows why the initial reset matters. Once the heavy growth was knocked back, the property became much easier to keep under control over time.
Open ground stayed easier to monitor
Follow-up maintenance became more practical
The area remained usable after the clearing work
Real work. In the customer’s words.
Opening a bamboo-covered fence line in Hamilton
A fence-line project called for more than cutting back brush: bamboo, perimeter growth, and hand cleanup all needed a place in the plan.

The work
Brush clearing & forestry mulching
The goal: make room along the fence
The homeowner wanted brush and trees cut back for a fence, with additional cleanup along the back of the lot. A substantial stand of bamboo crowded the perimeter. The agreed clearing scope covered approximately half an acre, combining machine work with hand cleanup around the fence line.
The plan changed before the work began
The early discussion included digging out bamboo. The revised plan was to mulch it down instead. That changed the scope from digging out bamboo to cutting and processing the above-ground growth. The crew’s scope paired a compact track loader and Fecon mulching head with manual bamboo and shrub cleanup.
The result: an open, visible property edge
The completion photos show a mulched strip along the fence and a clearer transition between the lawn and wooded edge. The bamboo thicket visible in the pre-work photos had been cut back, with material processed on site. The job was completed on March 13; the customer posted his review the following day.

Why it worked
A good clearing job should make the next step easier.
On a property like this, the win is not just the after photo. It is turning rough ground into land the owner can keep up with after the machine leaves.
01
Access improved
Dense areas became easier to see into, walk through, and manage.
02
Debris stayed controlled
Cleared material was handled as part of the process instead of becoming a new cleanup problem.
03
Maintenance became realistic
Once the heavy growth was knocked back, the property could be kept in check instead of starting over from scratch.
