Overgrowth had crowded a medical building’s dumpster area. A compact clearing plan focused on restoring everyday access, not clearing a large tract.

The goal: reclaim a working area
Brush had overtaken the dumpster and was encroaching along the rear of the building. The agreed scope covered approximately 0.07 acres, including the dumpster area and a parking space. For this commercial property, a relatively small clearing footprint affected access to an area used in day-to-day operations.

Room for the machine—and attention to the edges
The work called for the compact FAE RCU-55 and hand cleanup around the enclosure. The rear windows and tight spaces made the edges as important as the main clearing. Matt’s review specifically noted that Zach trimmed branches and took care with the cleanup before leaving.
